No.
ISH provides functional and integrative care in a consultative model. Our work complements — but does not replace — your Primary Care Provider.
You are required to maintain an active relationship with a PCP for routine screenings, acute concerns, and hospital-based care.
ISH focuses on root-cause analysis, advanced testing, lifestyle medicine, and long-term physiologic resilience in collaboration with your broader care team.
ISH is designed for individuals ready to take an active, collaborative role in their health.
You may be a good fit if you:
Are committed to meaningful change.
Value root-cause investigation over symptom management.
Understand that sustainable healing requires time and consistency. (Most members commit to at least 3–6 months to build measurable, lasting change.)
Functional medicine evaluates why symptoms are occurring and addresses underlying drivers of dysfunction.
We examine your health history, identify patterns, and assess key systems such as metabolism, gut health, immune regulation, hormones, and inflammation.
The goal is to restore physiology and improve long-term health — not simply manage symptoms.
Supplementation is individualized and guided by clinical findings and laboratory data.
We prioritize food-first foundations. Targeted nutraceuticals may be recommended during early phases of healing and adjusted as physiology stabilizes.
Most members budget $200–300 per month for supplements during initial phases.
Membership provides structured, ongoing practitioner-guided care.
Healing requires continuity. Membership allows for progress tracking, plan refinement, and steady clinical oversight over time.
ISH care is delivered in phases (Restore → Integrate → Community) and requires a minimum three-month commitment to begin.

What is a CLARITY Session?
A CLARITY Session is a dedicated appointment built into your care journey where you and Lynn zoom out from the day-to-day and look at the bigger picture — what's improved, where friction remains, how your body is responding, and what level of support makes sense for where you are now.
These sessions are less about immediate adjustments and more about intentional direction. They're a space to reflect on your progress and make informed decisions about your care together.
When do they happen?
In RESTORE — around Month 3, as a milestone review and transition conversation. Together, you'll decide whether to continue in Restore or move into Integrate.
In INTEGRATE — approximately every fourth visit (roughly quarterly), keeping your care strategic and forward-looking. Topics may include reducing visit frequency, preparing for Community, or setting new optimization goals.
How long are they?
CLARITY sessions are the same length as a standard active visit.
60 minutes in RESTORE
45 minutes in INTEGRATE
Why do they matter?
Because your care should evolve with you. CLARITY Sessions make sure you're never just going through the motions — they keep your plan aligned with where you actually are, and where you want to go next.
